Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to oversee the creation, maintenance, validation and governance of master data across ERP and business systems. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency and integrity to support efficient operations and informed decision-making.

You will work closely with operations, finance, procurement and IT to maintain data standards, implement governance practices and support ERP-related projects.

Qualifications

• Responsible for creation, maintenance, validation and governance of master data across systems.

• Coordinate with business users and IT on data requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain master data records in ERP and business systems.
• Process requests for customer, vendor, material, product, pricing, and organizational data.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of data entries.
• Review requests against data governance standards.
• Perform data quality audits and corrections; identify duplicates or incomplete records.
• Maintain documentation of master data processes and changes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for master data inquiries; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in ERP implementation projects and SOP/training material development.
