Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain master data records in ERP and business systems.
• Process requests for customer, vendor, material, product, pricing, and organizational data.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered into systems.
• Review and verify requests against established data governance standards.
• Perform regular data quality audits and corrections.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and data governance procedures.
• Maintain documentation of master data processes and changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for master data-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with business users, operations teams, finance, procurement, and IT regarding data requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on data standards and procedures.
• Recommend enhancements to master data processes and controls.
• Participate in projects involving ERP implementation, business process improvement, and system upgrades.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
