Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments and identify risks, implementing timely corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery against customer service commitments and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment utilization to drive efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements.
