Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City seeks a Spanish Single Carrier Operations Specialist - LAM to manage end-to-end dispatch across truck, rail and barge networks, ensuring timely delivery and driving issue resolution. You will coordinate with customers, carriers and terminals and maintain accurate records for visibility and compliance.

We require 3–5 years in Customer Service or Shipping, fluent Spanish and English, and willingness to work onsite at night. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Shipping industry or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Interact with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipments and container movements and drive timely corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates for visibility and compliance.
