Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City seeks an experienced dispatch operations professional to lead end-to-end shipment planning, carrier assignment, and container movement monitoring to ensure timely delivery to customer locations.

You will manage vendor disputes, drive Kaizen improvements, and collaborate with customers, carriers, and terminal operators. The role requires 6–8 years in shipping, onsite work, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting.
• Must be able to speak and write Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in shipping industry, preferably landside process.

Responsibilities

• Be the POC for the team and backup to the team leader.
• Identify wastage and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge networks.
