Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Spanish-speaking Senior Specialist in LAM to manage end-to-end dispatch operations, including shipment planning, carrier assignment, and container movements. You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve operational issues.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a finance/accounting background, and willingness to work onsite in Pasig with a night shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP BI.
• Experience in shipping/logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate shipment planning, carrier assignment, and container movements with customers and partners.
• Oversee exception management, vendor disputes, charge approvals and drive continuous process improvements.
