Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Single Carrier Landside Specialist (Spanish Speaker) in Pasig to manage end-to-end dispatch operations for container movements across multi-mode networks, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and terminals, monitor movements, resolve issues, and drive improvements while adhering to service commitments and governance. Fluent Spanish and English and 3–5 years in shipping or BPO are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Spanish and English proficiency required (speaking and writing).
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO, or shipping industry for voice/non-voice roles; shipping landside experience preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City with a full night shift schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP BI applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Manage daily interactions with customers, carriers, and terminal operators to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor shipment and container movements, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure achievement of customer service commitments through planning, communication and exception management.
• Deliver customer-centric service by addressing inquiries and managing expectations to support NPS.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment utilization to drive efficiency.
• Foster stakeholder partnerships and support cross-functional continuous improvement.
