Job summary

Maersk is hiring in Pasig City for a Spanish Single Carrier Operations Specialist - LAM. You will manage end-to-end dispatch operations, coordinate with customers, carriers, and terminals, and monitor movements to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in Customer Service or shipping, fluent Spanish and English, and willingness to work onsite with a full-night shift schedule at Maersk’s Pasig location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Graduate with shipping or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO or shipping.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Interact with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment movements and drive timely corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service commitments through planning and communication.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience, addressing inquiries and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
• Foster partnerships and support cross-functional vendor performance improvement.
