Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. seeks a seasoned General Manager for Solar Sales and Installation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will oversee solar sales and installation operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure service excellence across the region.

Qualifications

8+ years in general management, business unit management or operations leadership, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
Proven track record of leading and growing sales and service-based businesses.
Strong knowledge of solar energy products, installation processes, standards and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong business acumen including financial management, strategic planning and business development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for solar sales and installation division.
Oversee full operation of solar sales and installation activities including project management, QA and customer service delivery.
Lead, manage and develop high-performing teams of sales reps, technicians and support staff.
Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities to expand market share.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and ensure profitability of the solar division.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
Implement systems and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Report to senior management on performance and initiatives.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
