Job summary

The General Manager will lead the Solar Division of Mario A. Alix Philippines, Inc., overseeing operations, recruitment, and sales with a hands-on leadership style.

You will build systems, develop a strong team, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery from proposal to turnover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with management experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, energy, sales, or project management.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the company's Solar Division. The role requires a hands-on leader who can build effective systems, develop a strong team, drive sales, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

The General Manager is expected to establish a clear and measurable system covering three major areas: Operations, Recruitment, and Sales.
