Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Metro Manila to grow the solar business through partnerships, new markets, and dealer networks. You will manage key accounts and support major project negotiations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in BD/Sales with an Electrical Engineer license considered essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (required).
• Experience in renewable energy, construction, distribution, or B2B is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in developing new markets, partnerships, or corporate accounts.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, market research, financial analysis, CRM, and proposal development.
• Results-driven with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, dealers, and financing partners
• Research market trends and identify new markets, products, and revenue opportunities
• Expand distribution channels by recruiting and managing dealers and resellers
• Generate and manage commercial, institutional, and government accounts
• Support major project negotiations and key account development
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Prepare business development reports and recommend strategies for continuous growth
