Job summary

The General Manager will lead the Solar Division of Mario A. Alix Philippines, Inc., overseeing operations, recruitment, and sales with a hands-on leadership style.

You will build systems, develop a strong team, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery from proposal to turnover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with management experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, energy, sales, or project management.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and achieve sales and business development targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Oversee solar projects from proposal to completion and turnover.
• Establish and maintain effective systems, recruitment processes, and operational procedures.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and evaluate Solar Division employees.
• Review quotations, project costing, proposals, and commercial terms.
• Monitor division revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to Management.
