Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a General Manager for its Solar Division to lead strategy, growth, and profitability. This hands-on role requires building strong teams, systems, and processes to drive daily operations, sales, and project delivery.

The GM will oversee end-to-end solar projects, manage costs, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards, while reporting to Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects in the energy sector is preferred.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and achieve sales and business development targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Oversee solar projects from proposal to completion and turnover.
• Establish and maintain systems, recruitment processes, and operational procedures.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and evaluate Solar Division employees.
• Review quotations, project costing, proposals, and commercial terms.
• Monitor division revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to Management.
