Job summary

Solar Systems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our growing team in the solar energy sector.

You will identify new opportunities, generate leads, conduct client meetings, and tailor solar solutions to client energy needs, while preparing quotations and proposals. You will coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to ensure accurate proposals, follow up on opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales experience; solar/related industries are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
• Willing to conduct field work, client meetings, and site visits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate; MS Office/Google Workspace familiarity.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for solar energy systems and related products.
• Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Understand client energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and develop new business accounts.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Stay updated on solar technology, products, market trends, and industry developments.
