Momentive Software is seeking a motivated client support specialist to investigate and resolve tickets, expanding troubleshooting skills and product knowledge. You will deliver support via phone and email, collaborate with internal teams, and develop expertise in a key component of the Cobalt AMS platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 1–2 years of professional work experience in a technical/training field
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve client support tickets, developing troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
• Research and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs, expanding technical expertise.
• Deliver exceptional client support via phone and email, honing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, learning from experienced colleagues and contributing to project success.
• Proactively monitor incoming support requests, gaining insights into client challenges and platform performance.
• Participate in quality assurance testing, contributing to high-quality product releases.
• Develop specialized expertise in a key component of the Cobalt AMS platform, becoming a valuable asset to the team.
• Create user-friendly documentation and deliver engaging training sessions, enhancing communication and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
