Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Shopper & Channel Marketing specialist to grow the offline and online ice cream business by collaborating with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners.

You will enhance availability, visibility and activation in trade, and analyze shopper, channel, area and customer performance to identify growth opportunities. The role requires data analytics skills, powerBI familiarity, and the ability to turn insights into clear action plans.

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, or channel strategy within FMCG.
• Strong data analytics skills; comfortable with PowerBI.
• Ability to tell business stories from data.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines.
• End-to-end thinker with ownership mindset.
• Willing to adapt in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego working.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into ice cream shopper and channel programs.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to land in-trade programs and hit targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance.
• Use shopper insights and retail trends to sharpen plans.
• Establish governance with Development Groups to ensure execution.
• Perform post-launch evaluation of channel programs.
• Improve processes and cross-functional engagement to ensure timely delivery.
• Report to Shopper & Channel Marketing Managers and collaborate with teams.
• Drive omni-channel growth with Digital Commerce teams.
• Support Modern Trade and General Trade channel growth.
