Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Shopper and Channel Marketing Executive in the Philippines to grow offline and online ice cream sales.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners to enhance availability, visibility and activation in trade. You will analyze shopper, channel, area and customer performance to identify opportunities for in-store growth and online penetration, and you will drive omni-channel expansion across eCommerce, quick commerce and retailer

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy or field sales.
• Strong data analytics and ability to build business stories from data.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and database tools for insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and retail priorities into shopper and channel programs focusing on availability, visibility and activation.
• Partner with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and hit annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Use growth drivers, insights and trends to sharpen plans.
• Establish governance with cross-functional teams to ensure execution.
• Conduct post-launch evaluation to measure effectiveness of channel programs.
• Drive omni‑channel growth with Digital Commerce teams to maximize online touchpoints and growth across eCommerce and retailer platforms.
