Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Senior Shopper & Channel Marketing professional to grow the offline and online ice cream business by partnering with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners.

You will analyze shopper, channel, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities for in-store growth and online penetration, aligning with Modern Trade and General Trade teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales in FMCG.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to tell data-driven stories.
• Familiar with PowerBI and AFOSAP database tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• End-to-end thinking with ownership of results.

Aufgaben

• Translate Brand & Retail priorities into Ice Cream Shopper & Channel programs focusing on availability, visibility, and activation.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and hit annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Use shopper and category insights and retail trends to sharpen plans.
• Co-establish governance with Development Groups to ensure plan execution.
• Conduct post-launch evaluation of total channel programs.
• Drive governance and improved ways of working to ensure timely delivery of SCM priorities.
• Report to Senior Shopper and Channel Assistant Marketing Manager.
• Lead omni-channel growth with Digital Commerce teams for online touchpoints and conversions.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver channel growth objectives.
