Job summary

4707 Unilever RFM Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to grow our Selecta Ice Cream offline and online business by coordinating with Field Sales, Aggregator and Online partners.

You will enhance availability, visibility and activation plans across trade channels. You will analyze shopper, channel and customer performance to identify opportunities for in‑store growth and online penetration in big box and retailer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to tell a clear business story.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate Brand & Retail priorities into Ice Cream Shopper & Channel programs focusing on availability, visibility and activation.
• Partner with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in‑trade and hit annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth in ice cream categories.
• Use growth drivers, channel insights and retail trends to sharpen plans and execution.
• Establish governance and cross‑functional routines to ensure timely delivery of SCM priorities.
• Conduct post‑launch evaluations to measure program effectiveness across channels.
• Drive omni‑channel growth by collaborating with Digital Commerce teams to improve online presence and conversions.
• Report to Shopper & Channel Marketing Managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
