Job summary

Unilever RFM Ice Cream, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Trade Marketing professional to grow Selecta Ice Cream offline and online by working with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners.

You will enhance availability, visibility, and activation plans in trade and improve online penetration across big-box retailers and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate brings experience in trade and shopper marketing, strong data analytics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Capable of high-level data storytelling and presenting insights.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and retail priorities into shopper and channel programs (availability, visibility, activation).
• Collaborate with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and hit annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer performance to find growth opportunities.
• Use growth drivers, channel insights and retail trends to sharpen plans.
• Establish governance and routines with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
• Perform post-launch evaluation to measure program effectiveness.
• Drive omni-channel growth with Digital Commerce teams to maximize online touchpoints.
