Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Philippines seeks a Market & Channel Marketing professional to grow offline and online ice cream business. You will work with Field Sales, Online partners and Aggregator teams to boost availability, visibility and activation.

You’ll analyze shopper, channel, and customer performance to uncover opportunities for in-store growth and online penetration, collaborating across functions to deliver channel growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales.
• Strong data analytics and ability to tell business stories with data.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Translate Brand & Retail priorities into Ice Cream shopper and channel programs.
• Partner with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and hit targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage shopper insights, category trends and retail data to sharpen plans.
• Establish governance and cross-functional engagement to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to measure program effectiveness.
• Drive omni-channel growth by partnering with Digital Commerce teams for online and eCommerce.
• Report to Shopper & Channel Marketing Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
