Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. seeks a dynamic Trade Marketing professional to grow Selecta’s offline and online presence.

You will partner with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners to improve availability, visibility, and activation in trade, while analyzing shopper and channel performance to uncover growth opportunities. You’ll translate brand priorities into shopper programs, land in-trade initiatives, and drive omni-channel expansion across eCommerce and retailer platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales within FMCG.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to tell a data-driven story.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and AFOSAP database tools.

Responsibilities

• Translates brand and retail priorities into Ice Cream shopper and channel programs focusing on availability, visibility and activation.
• Partner with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and meet annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Use shopper and category growth drivers, channel insights and retail trends to sharpen plans.
• Co-establish governance with Development Groups to ensure plan follow-through and timely delivery.
• Drive omni-channel growth by partnering with Digital Commerce teams to maximize online touchpoints.
