Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts, ensuring QSCH standards and a seamless guest experience in Metro Manila.

You will lead a restaurant team, maintain cleanliness, resolve guest concerns, and drive local marketing initiatives to increase visits and loyalty. Prior F&B supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in relevant fields required.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures ensuring QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) is followed and store is ready for the shift.
• Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas and exterior as applicable; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; meet and exceed serving time and product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely manner; ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Manage closing shift procedures including timely closing line/store checks to prep for next day’s operation.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to maintain excellent operations and a positive work environment.
• Foster a constructive work culture that empowers team members and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business and develop loyalty among guests.
• Develop programs to encourage guests to bring friends/family to the restaurant.
