Job summary

Shakey's Philippines is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure QSCH compliance, and maintain service standards during peak hours.

You will supervise floor activities, uphold cleanliness, resolve guest concerns promptly, and guide the team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

A Bachelor's degree in F&B Management or related field, plus proven restaurant leadership experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Experience as Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in F&B industry preferred.
• Experience in various restaurant operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Open/mid shift procedures and QSCH checklist execution to ensure store readiness.
• Manage the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide a memorable dining experience and ensure quality standards.
• Resolve guests' concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop the team.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop loyalty by rewarding frequent patrons and encouraging referrals.
