Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in F&B Service Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) compliance.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas, and store exterior where applicable.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; ensure quality and timely service.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and prepare the store for the following day's operation.
• Effectively lead the restaurant during shifts to achieve outstanding operations and guest satisfaction.
• Nurture a positive, empowering work environment and build strong team relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business.
• Develop relationships that foster guest loyalty and encourage referrals.
