Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, including QSCH management, floor supervision, and delivering a consistently vibrant guest experience.

You will manage opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, train and motivate the team, resolve guest concerns promptly, and support local marketing programs to drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the opening/mid shift procedures of the store including the consistent execution of the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restroom, kitchen and preparation areas as well as the exterior of the store where applicable.
• Engage the guests to ensure a unique and memorable dining experience and uphold serving time and product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage the closing shift procedures including the timely and effective conduct of a closing line/store check for the next day’s setup.
• Effectively lead the restaurant during the shift to ensure excellent operations.
• Nurture a work environment that engages team members and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business.
• Develop relationships to build loyalty and reward frequent patrons, encouraging visits.
• Devise and implement programs that invite friends/family to visit the restaurant.

Education
