Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure QSCH compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage openings, floor coverage during peak hours, staff performance, cleanliness, and local marketing initiatives to drive trials and loyalty, while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (F&B/ Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/ Business Admin).
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in food & beverage services.
• Experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/mid shift procedures and execute QSCH Restaurant Checklist to prepare the store.
• Manage floor and guest experience during peak hours and ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas, and equipment.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve complaints timely.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and ensure store ready for next day operations.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to maintain excellent operations.
• Foster a positive, empowering work environment and team relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop loyalty by building relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visits.
• Design programs to attract friends/family to visit more often.
