Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee opening, mid, and closing procedures, ensuring top-notch guest service and operational standards.

You will lead store operations during peak hours, maintain cleanliness, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, while nurturing a positive team environment and executing local marketing programs to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure readiness of the store using the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead to ensure the store is prepared and the team is ready for the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across dining, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas, and exterior where applicable.
• Ensure service and product quality standards are met and guest experience is memorable.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and routine store checks for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to achieve excellent operations.
• Nurture a positive, engaging work environment and build strong team relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships to foster guest loyalty and encourage referrals.
