Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsabilités

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure store readiness (QRC compliance).
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience while meeting quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day’s operation.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure consistent operations and results.
• Nurture a positive, empowering work environment and team relations.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and loyalty.
• Develop loyalty programs and incentives to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
