You will maintain cleanliness and organization, engage guests for a memorable dining experience, resolve concerns promptly, mentor the team, and drive local initiatives to boost service quality and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in F&B services management, hospitality, tourism, business or marketing.
• Preferably with experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage.
• Experience across various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist compliance.
• Lead floor during peak hours to provide excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and equipment.
• Engage guests to deliver unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store set-up for next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellence and build positive team relations.
• Nurture a work environment that empowers team members.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
