Job summary

You will manage opening/closing shifts, motivate the team, implement local restaurant marketing programs, and foster a positive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant fields.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure readiness of the store.
• Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of all areas and equipment.
• Resolve guests' concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and prepare for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant to achieve excellent operations and positive team relationships.
• Administer the Key Management Systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH and people results.
• Hold regular store-wide meetings and recognize top performers.
