Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in F&B Services Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening, mid and closing shift procedures to ensure store readiness.
• Maintain floor service standards and guest hospitality during peak hours.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining, restroom, kitchen and preparation areas, and monitor equipment condition.
• Engage guests to deliver a unique and memorable dining experience and uphold product quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closing shift procedures to prepare for the next day's operation.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
