Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, resolving guest concerns, and leading a team to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences during each shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist execution.
• Manage floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas, and store exterior where applicable.
• Engage guests to ensure unique and memorable dining experiences and meet quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Lead closing shift procedures to prepare the store for the next day.
• Drive local marketing programs to encourage trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships to foster guest loyalty and frequent patronage.
• Implement local marketing programs that invite guests to bring friends and family.
