Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee opening, mid, and closing procedures, ensuring QSCH standards and brand hospitality. You will lead the floor during peak hours, maintain cleanliness, and resolve guest concerns while delivering memorable dining experiences.

You will also develop local marketing initiatives, foster team engagement, and uphold service excellence to drive guest loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in a relevant field is required.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist is followed.
• Manage floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage guests to ensure a unique and memorable dining experience; maintain service quality.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Oversee closing shift procedures to prepare store for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a work environment that motivates the team and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop loyalty by encouraging guests to return and bring friends/family.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
