Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Open/mid shift procedures and QSCH Restaurant Checklist to prepare the store.
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and equipment.
• Engage guests to ensure memorable dining experiences and quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and set up for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure excellent performance.
• Nurture a positive, empowering team environment.
