Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee QSCH operations, floor service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, manage opening/closing procedures, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field, with preference for Shift Manager/Store Supervisor experience in food & beverage. This role focuses on operational excellence and customer hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant fields.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Experience leading a restaurant operation and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• QSCH Management: manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and exterior areas; ensure equipment works.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; meet service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and prepare store for next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellence; foster positive team relationships.
• Administer Key Management Systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH and people results.
• Develop local marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business.
