Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee store operations, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and manage QSCH compliance across opening, peak, and closing shifts.

You will lead floor operations during busy periods, maintain cleanliness and equipment, and actively engage guests to deliver a memorable dining experience. The role also involves staff development, local marketing initiatives, and effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Open/mid shift procedures management using the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness across dining, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior areas.
• Engage guests to ensure memorable dining experiences and uphold service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing procedures and prep for next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellent results.
• Nurture a positive, engaging work environment.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and loyalty.
• Develop relationships to strengthen guest loyalty and visit frequency.
• Encourage guests to bring more friends/family.
• As MOD, conduct regular team meetings and recognize performers.
• Administer Key Management Systems to influence Sales, QSCH, and People results.
