Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure QSCH standards are consistently met. You will supervise the floor during peak hours, maintain cleanliness and hospitality, resolve guest concerns promptly, and implement local marketing programs to build guest loyalty and repeat visits.

A Bachelor's/College degree is preferred and prior experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field.
Experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services is preferred.
Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

Oversee opening/mid shift procedures using QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) to prepare store and staff for shift.
Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas.
Engage guests to provide a memorable dining experience and ensure quality standards.
Resolve guests' concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee closing shift procedures and ensure store is ready for the next day.
Lead operations to maintain excellent restaurant performance and team morale.
Support local marketing programs to drive trials and guest loyalty.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
