Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead QSCH operations, guest service, and people management in a busy store. You will drive opening, mid, and closing procedures, ensure cleanliness, and maintain high service standards.

The role involves implementing local marketing programs to boost visits, developing a positive team environment, and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in the specified fields.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures using the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, dining area, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas, and store exterior as applicable.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; ensure serving time and product quality standards are met.
• Resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellent results and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business; build guest loyalty.
• Develop programs to encourage guests to bring more friends/family to the restaurant.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
