Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures, ensuring store readiness and adherence to QSCH Restaurant Checklist.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas and equipment.
• Ensure guests have a unique and memorable dining experience with quality standards met.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to achieve outstanding operations.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment and empower team members.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships to build guest loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate on local promotions to attract more guests.
