Job summary

Shakey's Philippines is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage QSCH procedures, and ensure outstanding guest service during peak hours. You will oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts, maintain dining room and kitchen standards, and drive local marketing initiatives to boost trials and repeat visits.

As part of the management team, you will supervise the store team, recognize performers, and administer the Key Management System to improve sales, profit, and guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations face

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and QSCH Checklist (QRC).
• Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain the dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas, plus store exterior where applicable.
• Ensure serving time and product quality standards are met and exceeded.
• Resolve guests’ concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure excellent operations.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment for the team.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat visits.
• Develop relationships to build guest loyalty and encourage referrals.
