Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead shift operations and ensure outstanding hospitality. The role requires managing opening, peak hours, and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will drive local marketing initiatives, build guest loyalty, and coach a team in a fast-paced dining environment. A related degree and proven F&B leadership are preferred, with strong service excellence demanded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in F&B.
• Experience in various restaurant operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Open/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist is followed.
• Manage floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience while meeting quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures to prepare for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve consistent excellence.
• Nurture a positive, empowering work environment for the team.
