Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures and QSCH Restaurant Checklist execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and preparation areas.
• Ensure guests enjoy a unique and memorable dining experience with timely service and quality.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly.
• Manage closing shift procedures and prepare for the next day.Lead restaurant operations to achieve excellence.
• Foster a positive work environment and empower team members.
• Support local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat visits.
• Develop relationships with guests to build loyalty and encourage referrals.
