Job summary

RCBC in Biñan LIIP seeks a leader to oversee the Business Center as a servicing channel, ensuring policy compliance with BSP/AMLA rules and driving excellent customer service to achieve total branch profitability.

You will head ATM services, manage risk, and guide a team to deliver accurate, timely service while promoting deposit growth and product revenue through cross-selling initiatives. A strong background in banking operations and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or service-industry oriented course.
• 5+ years of work experience in branch banking operations with supervisory capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall ATM services of the BC, ensuring ATM availability and cash levels.
• Ensures BC compliance to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes service tasks to increase deposits, fees, and revenues from bank products; cross-sell referrals.
• Manages risk to eliminate errors, lapses, irregularities that could lead to reputational, monetary, or financial losses.
• Ensures BC personnel provide excellent service with fast turnaround and error-free processing within guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Leads by example and acts as a role model to subordinates.

How will you contribute?

• Manages the overall ATM services of the BC-ensures ATM availability and required level of cash.
• Ensures BC compliance to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes Service tasks geared towards increasing deposits, fees and revenues from bank products, Cross Selling referrals and other business initiatives.
• Responsible for managing the risk area with the goal of eliminating errors/lapses/irregularities that could result to reputational, monetary and other risks and/or possible financial losses.
• Ensures all BC Personnel are consistent in providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction. Manages and ensures that all productivity and administrative matters are within the set guidelines, policies, budgets and limits.
• Leads by example and behaves as a role model to their subordinates.
