Job summary

Suzuki Auto Davao - Service Department is seeking a Service Advisor with a mechanical engineering background to uphold service KPIs, engage customers, and drive insurance policy sales. The role emphasizes accurate WIP reporting and adherence to brand service processes in a dynamic dealership setting.

The ideal candidate will monitor job progress, ensure aging targets are met, and partake in ongoing training to sharpen inspection, consultation, and repair presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Ability to understand KPI as indicated by the company.
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients.
• Proficient with computer applications; basic appointment setting.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of units per month and a minimum peso amount per repair order.
• Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Continuous study of Labor Time Guide.
• Submission and maintenance of WIP (Work in Progress) report.
• WIP aging should be ≤30 days; no transactions over 60 days after RO opening.
• Trainings completed with measurable achievements; adhere to brand service processes.
• KPI spot audits: inspections, walk-around mastery, and proper documentation.

Job Description:

• Maintain a minimum of X units per month(determined as dept. monthly UR target divided by no. of Service Advisors) with a minimum peso amount per repair order.


• Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.


• Continuous Study of Labor Time Guide.


• Submission and Maintenance of WIP(Work in Progress) report.


• WIP(Work in Progress) assigned to the Service Advisor should have an average aging days of not more than 30 days, and no transaction over 60 days upon opening of Repair Order.


• Requires periodic and regular training accomplishments with corresponding achievements.


• Rigid compliance of service process assigned by brand and office. KPI shall include spot audit on: Physical Inspection, Basic Mechanical Inspection, Mastery of customer consultation and walk around, Mastery of customer concern verification sheets, Identification of workshop load; allocation of workshop load. Quality Control, Test Drive, Mastery of Review and Presentation of completed repair order, Comeback log, Requirement to implement customer contact policies, Reporting and Documentation of Customer Complaints.
