Job summary

Recruitment Team - Visayas is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in insurance claims processing and strong customer service skills. The role requires empathy, solid communication, and the ability to understand KPIs and client needs.

The candidate will determine service types, prepare damage estimates, process LOAs, and follow up with insurers and customers while monitoring repaired units and submitting daily reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service
• Prepare an estimated report for the damages of the unit
• Process the insurance claim with the insurance company
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA
• Check LOA against the estimated repair
• Convert LOA to RO
• Follow up with the customer
• Monitor the repaired unit
• Submit daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical related Work
• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Knows how to process insurance claims
• Knowledge in automotive and car
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Drivers License is a plus
• Computer Literate

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Process the insurance claim to the insurance company
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA
• Check and evaluate the LOA based on the estimated repair
• Convert LOA to RO
• Follow up with the customer
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit the following daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP
