Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to support BRP- MG Tabuc Suba operations in Iloilo City. The role focuses on identifying the appropriate service, preparing damage estimates, and coordinating with insurance companies to secure LOAs.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, understands KPIs, can process insurance claims, and communicates effectively with clients to ensure smooth vehicles service and repair workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Ability to understand key performance indicators.
• Experience in processing insurance claims.
• Knowledge in automotive and car industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic appointment-setting and follow-up concepts.
• Empathetic communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate; driver's license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the type of service.
• Make an estimated report for the damages of the unit.
• Process the insurance claim to the insurance company.
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA.
• Check and evaluate the LOA based on the estimated repair.
• Convert LOA to RO.
• Follow up with the customer.
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit the following daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical related Work
• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Knows how to process insurance claims
• Knowledge in automotive and car
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Drivers License is a plus
• Computer Literate
