Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Training Associate to lift dealership performance by delivering training, coaching, and development programs. You will partner with Sales Managers to assess needs, design sessions, and reinforce sales standards across BYD dealerships in Manila Bay, Taytay, and Bacoor.

The role requires 2–3 years in training or L&D, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
Experience in sales training is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.
Experience facilitating and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

Manage training programs and track progress across dealerships.
Deliver engaging training on product knowledge, sales processes, customer experience, and certifications.
Coach sales staff and work with managers to improve performance.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessments.
Update training materials and support new initiatives and pilots.
Assist annual training needs assessment and recommend development activities.
