Job summary

Henkel in Makati is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to manage the SAP order-entry lifecycle, respond to customer inquiries, and drive timely resolutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless processing from order placement to delivery.

The role requires 3+ years SAP Order Entry experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Korean. Mid-shift with hybrid work at Ayala Avenue, Makati is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in handling SAP Order Entry.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in Order Entry required.
• Detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced Korean language proficiency and excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Amenable to work on mid-shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 NN) and report on a hybrid setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
