Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to process SAP orders, generate reports, and monitor orders through to dispatch. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, with a mid-shift schedule in Ayala Avenue, Makati on a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in SAP order entry, plus strong Excel skills. Power BI and Python experience are highly preferred. English communication must be strong.

• At least 1 year experience in SAP Order Entry; Excel proficiency required.
• Power BI for dashboards and Python for automation is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate SAP/Excel reports to monitor on-hold orders and dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, manage inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouses for credits/debits.
• Support customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain.

What you'll do

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
• Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
• Knowledge in Power BI skills for dashboard reporting and Python knowledge for process automation and continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred
• Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
• Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
